In order for us to better serve you, we require accurate and complete information about your merchandise. The list below reflects some of the potential items that U.S. Customs officials may wish to verify. Please note, however, that this list is not necessarily complete. Additional requirements may develop depending on the commodity being imported. Ultimately, U.S. Customs and Border Protection will make all final determinations as to the duty assessment on any admissibility issues, and will issue written binding advice with respect to any tariff issues.
